The work that chose me

I help leaders do the inner work that fuels outer success. After 25 years leading teams and organizations, I realized my greatest fulfillment didn’t come from achieving goals; it came from helping others expand their leadership capacity. Today, I work with CEOs, business owners, and key leaders to create spaces where they can pause, reflect, and grow with intention. Through peer advisory groups, one-to-one coaching, workshops, and long-term partnerships, I help leaders strengthen self-awareness, navigate hard conversations, and make strategic decisions that align with who they are, not just what they do.

How I Got Here

My career began in education and evolved through executive leadership roles focused on performance management, program design, and organizational growth. Those years gave me a deep appreciation for how clarity, structure, and human connection fuel great results. I hold multiple certifications, including Predictive Index Practitioner and Ken Blanchard’s SLII®, both of which I use to help leaders understand their people, elevate communication, and build cultures of accountability and trust. I’m also the author of Servant Leader Mindset, where I unpack how mindset shapes behavior and how conscious leadership begins from the inside out.

I believe transformation happens in conversation; the honest kind that invites both courage and humility. My work blends research-backed frameworks with real-world practicality, helping leaders slow down long enough to see what’s really driving their results (or their roadblocks). The leaders I work with describe my coaching style as grounded, insightful, and human. They often tell me they feel seen, challenged, and supported, all at once.

Life Beyond Work

When I’m not coaching or facilitating, you’ll find me on our 20-acre property in Ohio with my husband, our three Shih Tzus, and a rotating crew of kids and grandkids. Country life has turned me into a rookie embroiderer, piano plinker, and painter…a gentle reminder that creativity is its own form of leadership.
