How the Group Experience Works
Predictive Index Assessment
Prior to the start date, all group participants will take the Predictive Index (PI) Assessment. Session 1 of the 12-week program is a debrief on your assessment results. Session 1 is 90 minutes. All remaining sessions are 1 hour.
Live Weekly Sessions (1 hour each)
Hosted via Zoom, every week for 12 weeks—sessions are recorded for replay.
Group Coaching + Peer Connection
Engage in coaching with deep insights, real-time feedback, and small-group discussions for shared support.
Expert Guidance and Structure
We begin together, work together, and reflect together—so transformation isn’t theory, it’s lived.
The Twelve‑Week Journey
- Weeks 1–3: Awareness Pillar
Small-group coaching builds the ability to notice your patterns, triggers, and responses as they arise. - Weeks 4–7: Mindset Pillar
We map and shift your inner narratives, clarifying the stories that shape your behavior and performance. - Weeks 8–12: Skillset Pillar
Tools like delegation, boundary-setting, feedback, and strategic planning are integrated in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
Weekly experiences include:
Space to process and embed what emerges through coaching
Guided reflection prompts to deepen personal insight
Micro‑actions to help you build new leadership habits
